Renaming files

5.7.0 app on arch.

I have the following files:

granville-island-0345.cr2
granville-island-0349.cr2


I want to rename them to:

granville-street-20171104-0345.cr2
granville-street-20171104-0349.cr2

I tried to use:
granville-street-[meta:Exif.Image.DateTime:yyyyMMdd]-#[0345]

It doesn't work. It gives: 
granville-street--345.cr2
granville-street--346.cr2

1. It doesn't pickup the date of the image
2. I want the last 4 digits not 3
3. It only increments consecutively

What am I doing wrong?
