Digikam Missing thumbnails

Note: openSUSE Tumbleweed is now on Qt-5.9.3. But openSUSE Leap 42.3 does not 
yet use Qt-5.9.3 unless an extra repository has been added. Leap 42.3 used  
also digiKam-5.5.0.
