We're looking at a script to grab all the flickr images and fix the
links in the content, but I wouldn't consider this request a blocker to
going live.

Certainly we should work on this, but it's a lot of manual work that
can't be automated if you want it done well :)

I've styled the text so it's the same color as a non-linked header. Your
cursor still changes on hover, but I don't think you can change that
behavior.
