Is there a place where we can see changes, preferably with lens names?

I have some lenses for which data is missing, most important for me a Canon
EF-S 15-85, for which I downloaded a profile from the internet. It would be
nice to be able to see if it appears in the library, in whihc case I might
remove my custom profile.
