[Digikam-users] compiling 4.14 on Debian Unstable - do I need hupnpav?

libhupnp is optional and not needed to build digikam. libhupnp together
with libqtsoap enables to build the optional DLNAExport kipi-plugin but if
you don't use or need that feature then you are good without the libs.
