[Digikam-users] Last version for Digikam in Linux Mint 17.2

Are you trying to rebuild digikam on your computer as you run "apt-get build
-dep digikam"? Otherwise that command isn't needed.

One other thing with Linux Mint and other distributions based on ubuntu
14.04. You need to check if you have KDE 4.13 och KDE 4.14 that your system
is using with Digikam. If you use KDE 4.13 then you ONLY use my "extra" PPA
but if you use KDE 4.14 (backported or just updated) then you need BOTH my
"extra" PPA AND my "kubuntu-backports" PPA that have some packages rebuilt
to work with KDE 4.14. (also set pin priority for my "kubuntu-backports"
PPA if needed)

When you updated digikam with my PPA did you use "apt-get update" or
"apt-get dist-upgrade". Try "apt-get dist-upgrade" and see if that help
sorting out your conflicting packages with libkgeomap2. My guess is that
your conflict have something to do with marble and KDE version.

I don't think Linux Mint will "fix" the pin priority thing as I think they
see it as a feature to keep LTS as stable as possible with locking down
what they see as unstable sources.
