[Digikam-users] digikam for Windows - fails to load images when the album name contains Korean characters.

Hi,

I recently started using digikam in Windows (3.4.0), and I found that when
an album name (the path to the directory) contains Korean characters,
digikam fails to generate thumbnails of the images in that album and also
it cannot load those.
