[Digikam-users] digikam for Xubuntu 12

Hi all!

I installed digikam 2.5 on my Xubuntu 12 machine, with 2GB RAM.
I'm very new with Linux and would like to know if this is the correct
version and which is the last suitable version to upgrade (if any) for my
OS.

P.S.: due to hardware limitations, I cannot upgrade my OS to other Ubuntu
version.
