[Digikam-users] Refocus still not working

No, Refocus in present in code, but this feature depend of Eigen3
shared lib. If this one is absent, Refocus option is dropped from GUI.
It's a compile time adjustement.

Under current KDE Windows, only eigen2 is provided.

PS : I will never drop refocus. I use it everyday (:=)))
