[Digikam-users] thumbnails not showing

I'm running 2.9.0 on PClinucos and I don't get the thumbnails to show in 
the window.  I click on rebuild thumbnails and I can see them 
rebuilding, but they don't show, so I can't see any of my pictures.  
I've tried deleting the databases (.db files) and rebuilding, but that 
didn't make a difference. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
