[Digikam-users] How to update photo collections?

Digikam works on physical folders tree.
If your Dropbox folder (guessing as I've not used Dropbox with DK) is not
included in the arborescence of one your collections, DK will have no way
to detect new pictures.
So either you set up an additional collection from your Dropbox folder or
subfolder; or you keep Dropbox separate from DK and have to import/copy
your pictures in a local folder that is already recognized by Digikam.
