Dmitri,
In 3.0.0, someone has posted a patch to fix some glitch problem to
rendering image correction with Lensfun. It's appears in some specific
case. Not sure that your problem will be fixed with 3.0.0. Look here for

Also, as i use current code from LensFun repository, i can said that next
version will include new lens profile and work better that last stable 0.2.6
