[Digikam-users] Local Contrast in Edit

This problem is due to a bug, fixed in next 3.4.0.

To turn around, it's simple. When you start LC tool in editor,
progress bar still 0%. On the right side, there is a small cancel
button. Just press it and LC will be suitable for the rest of digiKam
session.
