[Digikam-users] Digikam needs about 10 minutes to start

My collection: more than 30k images in more than 1k subdirectories with
more than 60GB.
FS is ext4. Hardware: No SSD, "HITACHI HTS72503" - I think it's 7200RPM.
top - "wa" about 20%
iostat -m 10:
