[Digikam-users] Wish: export tools working in background

Hi,

I don't know if this wish has been expressed before, so here it is:
that export tools work in the background. I have lots of fotos to
review from my vacation, and part of them I upload to flickr, using
the export tool. I do this step by step, or rather day by day, so I
would like to continue working on the next batch of images.
But during the upload (which takes a long time, because Internet
connection isn't so fast and the number of images is quite high) I
cannot continue to work on the remaining images. From my
understanding, the export tool doesn't need to do much more than the
uploading (I've set it to not resize the images), and that should be
possible in the background, don't you think? Then I could continue
working on the remaining images...
Or did I miss something, that enables it anyway?
