[Digikam-users] Facebook export doesn't work anymore?

It's one of those things that makes the learning curve steep for 
newcomers. In the days when I wrote what I laughingly described as 
'programs' I tried to help users by either making it impossible to do 
the wrong thing or by prompting them when they had done the wrong thing. 
In the case of digikam I wonder if the various export operations have a 
common point in the code where this particular user mistake could be 
caught rather than modifying lots of separate pieces of code?

I realise things like this are an extra burden for the developers who 
are already doing a heroic job working on this ambitious project, but I 
think it would be great if one day digikam were as easy to use as well 
as powerful as its proprietary rivals!
