[Digikam-users] Write metadata to images sits at 99% forever

Hi,

since I upgrade to Digikam 2.1.1, I no longer manage to use the function 
"Write metadata to images".

Actually, when I click on it Digikam launches the process but it never ends.
I hangs at 99%, but I think I does not touch my picture files at all.
I doubled checked directly with exiv2 -pa and indeed metadata are not 
updated at all.

Is this a known bug, I didn't find anything like that on the net.

I also tried a fresh install an I'm able to reproduce it all the time.
Launching digikam from command line does not provide any error message 
either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
