[Digikam-users] Tool tip colours

Mark,

I had the same issue with the default theme in Digikam (black text on
dark gray tooltip background) on a fresh Kubuntu install (Oneiric). I
switched to Oxygen Cold theme, which has a light blue background for
tooltip and it's fine.
