I don't know whether it's available for you (in France only, maybe?), but
quite many Piwigo users host their gallery on Free.
However, there are some technical caveats: free hosts don't provide the same
level and quality of service. That's why I've always advised to go for a
paying host. In fact, it is not so expensive: for less than 25€ a year, I
have mon own domain and as more much disk space and band width I need; in
fact, all my domains are hosted in the same place (I just have to pay a
registration fee about 8€/year each time I want to add a new domain).
