I believe You should be more specific where is outdated information
and where is empty pdf file.

As to note do digikam team,
http://docs.kde.org/development/en/extragear-graphics/digikam/digikam.pdf
is indeed missing
To rinus, it should same thing as in
http://docs.kde.org/development/en/extragear-graphics/digikam/index.html
, just in pdf format.
