I just tested this on my system. Update of the coordinates after a click 
works fine here, but when I enabled altitude lookup via geonames.org it 
stopped working. The setting for the altitude lookup is also under the 
"Configuration" button. Please set it to "No altitude lookup" and check 
again whether it works.

Maybe geonames.org had either an API change or the servers are down, 
I'll try to check it once I have time.
