[Digikam-users] lost a lot of information about photo rating!!!

I think the problem is not so much that you changed disks, as Digikam
doesn't know where the database file is. I always change the database
location to the same directory as my pictures (settings --> configure
digikam --> database settings) This way if I move my pictures folder to
a new drive, or even a different computer, all my tags and settings
remain.
