[Digikam-users] Self compiled but no pictures

digikamalbums and digikamdates protocols are instanced by kioslave. If
kioslave fails to start, protocols still unknown for the rest of the
world.

Try to know why kioslave doesn't start and you will solve the problem.
I suspect a binary incompatibility with a shared libs, as libkedcraw,
libkexiv2 or Exiv2 library, etc...
