Please, try my 7Zip self extractor including current digiKAm & co
implementation with current stable KDE 4.4.4 bin package for windows :

This build still experimental. Uncompress it where you want. I use
D:/kde4 on my Win7 computer.

digiKam executable is in D:/kde4/bin (as showfoto, dngconverter,
expoblending tool, etc...
