[Digikam-users] KDE on Windows and digiKam stalled out?

Can the digiKam team kick the KDE on Windows project (lovingly?) into 
upgrading digiKam on Windows?  We are still stuck on 1.1.0. 

As of about a month ago, nothing has been updated. 

As I've said before, this digiKam/KDE connection is terrible.  There are 
multi-OS programs that don't need this KDE cage.  digiKam w/o KDE would 
set the "Photoshop" world on fire.
