Copy&Paste does not work with Nautilus, Drag&Drop works, but it only
moves(!) the image to Nautilus (and deletes in the digiKam album).
Pressing CTRL or SHIFT keys does not have any effect.

Drag&Drop from Nautilus to digiKam results in confirmation on the
action: copy or move is available.
