That sounds like a pretty good idea for a kipi-plugin, it could even tag to 
nepomuk...

I'd try it myself just that I don't have the knowledge nor the time to spend 
on such a project ( I've already tried  to help, as Gilles and the other devs 
know but I'm not (yet) anywhere near  *helping* :( )
