[Digikam-users] Lost my tag associations after upgrade to digikam 0.10

Had similar problem recently. Assuming your album structure is unchanged and
your old db-file is kept unchanged you can try this.
In the 0.10 version you now have to specify two paths. One for the album
folders and one for the database. If the albums are ok then first put your old
databaseX.db file in a separate directory say ~/Pic, then change the digikam
database path to ~/Pic. Digikam should now ask you if you want to use the
current db or create a new or similar. Chose to keep the current (the db-file
in ~/Pic). If all your 0.9 tags and comments are still there and you have not
changed your album structure completely I think you should be back where you
started.
