[Digikam-users] Panning requires shift key to be pressed - why?

Hi all,

some time ago, the visible part of an image in the image editor could be moved 
around by keeping the middle mouse button pressed and dragging. Now, it only 
works if also the shift key on the keyboard is pressed. Was that changed on 
purpose? If not, please confirm so and I'll open a bug report.
