Ok, now i understand. At least update to last stable KDE3 release
0.9.5 where i have impleemnted RAw Import tool.
Of course with KDE4 release 0.10.0, Raw Import exist (:=)))
But if you want to still under KDE3, 0.9.5 is fine.
