[Digikam-users] RAW and white balance issue (newby)

Hi,

Am new to RAW so please have mercy.  If I set a custom WB on
my camera (EOS 450) then shoot in "RAW + jpeg" the jpeg
matches the target colour well.  I ran Canon's own software
on a windows machine and using filemon identified (I think)
the ICC files that were accessed and the transfered them to
a folder on my linux box.  However I cannot get the imported
raw to colour match either the target or the jpeg using any
of the ICC files that I found.  What stupid mistake am I
making?

Any and all suggestions most appreciated.
