[Digikam-users] Batch rename and prefix vs suffix

The Batch rename kipi-plugin looks exactly what I need to be able to rename
all my videos to include a timestamp (since videos don't usually get
metadata like that [although AVCHD files do] and exiv2 can't write anything)
*except* that it only seems to allow me to prepend the original filename to
the date rather than append the file name. The reason I want to prepend the
date is so that normal filesystem listings will easily sort the files in
date order. Appending the date to the original does not give me correct
sorting properties. Am I missing something really obvious or should I submit
a patch?
