[Digikam-users] picture fullscreen view

In the digikam configuration you set the option "Hide toolbar in fullscreen
mode" under Image Editor settings - it works also for the preview.  The same
setting for hiding the thumbbar does not seem to work in the preview, but
you can toggle the thumbbar with ctrl-T.
