[Digikam-users] Help with "Remote Gallery Sync..." please

I'm talking about the Export menu item "Remote Gallery Sync...".

Anyway, after a certain amount of pain I have got it to work.  For it
to work there need to be some plugins installed at the Gallery2 end of
things, I *think* these are the "HTTP Auth" and the "Remote" plugins.
Once I had these installed on Gallery2 it all worked.  I'm not
absolutely sure it needs the "HTTP Auth" plugin actually but it
definitely needs the "Remote" plugin.
