[Digikam-users] Digikam not playing video

This is what I see now in terminal :
Cannot load metadata using Exiv2  (/home/catweazle/Foto/... .mpeg: The file
contains data of an unknown image type)

I tried to open an mpeg : no media player available. 
With the .MOV there is no message. The main window is fully white. 
Opening with right click and selecting the player runs fine.
