You have resumed how to restore menu with digiKam <= 0.9.4

With current implementation from svn (KDE3 or KDE4) i have added the famous
Settings/Hide/Show menu bar. You can use CTRL+M to retore menu as well.

In previous version of digiKam this option is missing.
