[Digikam-users] Can't Create Album on WinXP

I've re-discovered the concept of a "collection" in the Settings
dialog.  If I try to register a new collection I get an error:

"Could not start process Cannot talk to klauncher: The name
org.kde.klauncher was not provided by any .service files."
