*buntu 8.10 is running KDE4. Digikam 0.9.5 is KDE3 based. The help center 
between KDE3 and KDE4 is different and it won't work. The best way to get help 
is to use a browser and go to the Digikam site on the WEB. Then click on the 
documentation.
