As I recall, both tags are meant to be a reference to the actual
filename.

If there should be an automatism at all, than it is that these tags are
changed as the actual filename changes.

So, no I don't think this is a good idea, and if one is thinking about
implementing it, than I suggest to make it configurable in the
digiKam-settings.
