Ok, the new version of Kipi plugins gives me a Metadata editor. That's
exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for the tip.
However, I'm still not able to apply the tags automatically at import. As
stated above, I have all of the options under "IPTS Actions" enabled, but
nothing gets applied. Any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong?
I forgot to answer your question about the image format. These are JPEG
images, taken with a Canon PowerShot S3 IS and transferred via SD card. I
can't think of any reason why this format would not be supported.
