Digikam is an open-source program, so the internal copy of dcraw, even 
modified, is provided with it's full source code. So the "(a)" condition 
is fully filled !
Where is the problem here ???
The license does not forbids to modify it... but just force the 
developpers to ensure that the source code is distributed, EVEN modified.

I really do not undestand the problem, neither with digikam, nor with 
debian (which provides deb-src packages...).
