[Digikam-users] updating dcraw for Pentax K10D PEF format

I'm not sure I understand what the issues is with the license...  I read 
the thread below, but it really didn't explain why debian has an issue 
with the license in dcraw>=8.61...

could you explain it for a license idiot like me?  :)
