[Digikam-users] Problems with digikam connecting it to the device

Hi,
I tryed them all and fail to connect to the mount point.
Here is what I have:
- Linux 2.6.11-gentoo-r11 #7 Tue Jul 26 18:02:38 CEST 2005 x86_64 AMD
Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3200+ AuthenticAMD GNU/Linux
- [ebuild R ] media-gfx/digikam-0.7.1 +arts -debug -kdeenablefinal
-xinerama

I use kde 3.4.1

I did follow entirely the instructions on your website.
This is the setting I try to put into digikam under camera:
Camera ---> Add Camera ---> Add ---> Camera Type: Fuji E550 -> Camera Type
Port: USB -> Camera Mount Path: /mnt/fujidcam
I save all and then do: Camera and seelct the new Fuji E550
And I get the following error:
Failed to connect to camera. Please make sure its connected properly and
turned on. Would you like to try again?
Reguardless of what I do, it fails to connect.
Note, from konsole, as user, I can brouse it through.
