Unable to download required files

Hi,

You can run digiKam from a console with debug traces to see more details.
Look at this page :

https://www.digikam.org/contribute/#freezes-and-other-run-time-issues

The files are hosted in the KDE download server here :

https://files.kde.org/digikam/facesengine/

And are copied in your home hidden directory as given in the dialog box...
