Unable to download required files

Hi all,

After a long while I was able to find some time and managed to compile
digiKam. But when I am running it there is a prompt to download required
files. Out of 14, 3 were downloaded but for the rest it looks like it is
stuck.

Multiple re-launches did nothing. How do I debug this?
