FFmpeg has not yet been available in Qt5. There were actually some digiKam 
versions that used Qt5 Multimedia. Since Qt5 Multimedia uses a different video 
framework on each platform, the result was different everywhere. In addition, 
it was difficult to package GStreamer with its dependencies into the AppImage.
