Digikam GSoC 2021

Hello,
I have looked for some possible alternatives to the QXmlPatters module. I
saw that the rajce plugin uses XQuery. Found this
http://xqilla.sourceforge.net/HomePage. Maybe we can use this.
Let me know what you think.
