Contributing in digiKam for project Healing Tool

Hello,

I am Sambhav Dusad, an undergrad from IIT Mandi. I am interested in 
project: Zoomable and Resizable Brush for Healing Clone Tool for GSoC 2019.

I am quite comfortable in C/C++ and also interested in graphic designing 
and know basics of other designing tools. Please if anyone can guide me 
how to build digicam locally on my system and some bugs which i can solve.
