5.9.0 is on the way. 6.0.0 will be the next one.

Hi all,

All 5.9.0 bundles are published, and tarball will be online tomorrow if all
is fine.

In all cases, git is tagged with v5.9.0. We can now switch to the next
stage : backport 6.0.0 git branch to git master.

The second stage following this one will be to merge the helper sotfware
compilation code to digiKam core.

It's time to make this puzzle more simpler for the future.
