Image Editor / Enhance / Healing Clone tool finalization

Hi,

I think the tool does not work that bad. We should leave it in digiKam.5.8.0 
and improve it in the next version. I could not reproduce a wrong position so 
far, a small image is zoomed through the view. Yes, that tool should also work 
zoomed. Furthermore, the source point should not move outside of the image 
when drawing. The status of the button to set the source point is not good to 
see that should be solved differently.
